The patient population was geographically stratified into three groups: north (263 patients), center (320 patients), and south (627 patients). Clinical charts, aggregated into a unified database, provided data on demographic traits, comorbidities, hospital and home pharmaceutical regimens, oxygen use, lab findings, discharge outcomes, mortality, and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) transfers.
